SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout with the option of signature required on delivery or delivered to your postal box. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in France, Europe.
Orders are dispatched on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
No refund for shipping fees can be made on orders delivered later than the indicated delivery times.
By placing an order you are agreeing to the responsibility of any additional customs fees and import taxes.
In the case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, Être en Vert reserves the right to charge you both depart and return shipping costs as well as the additional fees generated by the customs.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a tracking e-mail with your shipping number and link to the tracking website, with options to sign up for e-mail or text notifications on your order’s process.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN POLICY - full price items

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, there is a 14-day Right of Return Policy. Please ship your items for return back within 7-10 days so that it is received within 14 days.

Returned items must be unused and unwashed in original packaging, including swing tags.

Original sales receipts must be attached with all returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for shipping costs and lost packages. Please keep a record of your tracking number when shipping the package.

Once the goods are received by our warehouse the refund will be issued.

There is no reimbursement for shipping charges.

RETURN POLICY - sale items
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Please use our sizing guide to determine the best fit, as sale items cannot be returned.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order online.
